Releases of Interest - July 2016

  • Sin

Some slim pickings in the summer months but a few interesting looking RPGs and some some filmic remakes for your viewing pleasure.

Games

Batman: Return to Arkham

HD remake of the month! The first two Arkham games remastered for the current generation. A fantastic deal if you've never played the originals, or have a short memory.

Monster Hunter Generations

Hunt monsters and upgrade equipment, then do it again, in the newest iteration of the popular action rpg.

Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness

Latest installment of the long running swords and sci-fi RPG series.

We Happy Few

Kickstarter success "We Happy Few" has you trying to escape 'Wellington Wells' a town of drugged up weirdos. Looks interesting in a Bioshock sort of way.

I Am Setsuna

Square Enix trying to recapture the glory days of SNES RPGs with this retro styled homage to Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy, for PS4, Vita and PC.

Films

Ghostbusters

Divisive remake of the 80s classic. Honestly, I'm interested to see how they handle this as they have taken a lot of crap from fans of the original.

Star Trek Beyond

Another Star something film. Buh.
(joking!)

Finding Dory

Follow Dory from Finding Nemo as she searches for her family. Pixar's track record make this worth a look.

Jason Bourne

Matt Damon returns in this follow up to the earlier films, Jason Bourne is back and doing action spy stuff like a super action spy!

The Neon Demon

Creepy psychological horror set in the model industry.

Have we missed anything? What are you looking forward to this month? Let us know in the comments.
