Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age (PS4)

JRPG of the month! A remaster of one of the most divisive Final Fantasy games, with sharper graphics and 'modern enhancements' including the new 'Zodiac Job System'.

 

 

Splatoon 2 (Switch)

The Switch gets this ink shooting sequel, where teams face off to cover the level in their colour. Featuring new weapons and a beefed up single player mode.

 

 

Oriental Empires (PC)

Command, strategise and attack in this 4x game set in the Ancient Orient. Create your empire and crush your enemies. 

 

 

Hey! Pikmin (3DS)

The 3DS gets a new take on Pikmin, with a side scrolling platformer in the vein of Yoshi's Island. Once again Captain Olimar must use the adorable Pikmin to fix his spaceship!

 

 

Don't Starve Mega Pack (PS4 & XBox One)

The PS4 and Xbox One get a nice edition of survival and crafting game 'Don't Starve'. Featuring the base game and a bunch of expansions.

 

 

That's You (PS4)

The first of Playstation's new series of social games- use your mobile to answer questions and put yourself in the game with a group of friends. 

 

 

 

 

Films

 

War for the Planet of the Apes

Check out the next chapter of the 'Humans vs animals' blockbuster as the Apes mobilise against humanity and lots of action and CGI ensues.

 

 

The Beguiled

Sofia Coppola directs this creepy period drama, featuring Nicole Kidman, Kirsten Dunst and Colin Farrell.

 

 

Dunkirk

Christopher Nolan's latest film, a big budget war flick. Expect lots of explosions and heroics. Tom Hardy, Cillian Murphy, Kenneth Branagh and Harry Styles feature in this historical thriller.

 

 

American Hero

A working class 'Superhero' faces life as an unusual man in a normal world. Can he deal with criminals as well as his own issues?
